We can not make people serve God. Its not our duty to try to either or use the word to make people feel guilty for not serving him. Example: Shame on you! Your going to Hell. When I was lost, nothing made me more angry than that kind of Self Righteous Spirit. If anything it made me run. Being hot tempered and impatient as I was I may have gave you a mouthful if you came at me with a condemning spirit. (Not condoning how I may have reacted but Im being completely honest) What worked most with me was for someone to be patient, kind, understanding and willing to present the word in love. When you are Spiritually in Egypt your already being lashed on the back by Satan enough. The key is for us to encourage and build up others with faith to the point they are willing to leave bondage. Not make things so hard on them they want to go back. Also if everyone around you has turned their back on God, keep walking and dont quit. Lot could not make his wife keep her head turned forward. When she turned into a pillar of salt he had two options. Stay there crying or keep traveling. Lot kept traveling. We are going to suffer loss in life because here is the test of our faith. We may loose homes, become sick, loved ones may walk out on us. We may have to walk out in order to remain in Gods Blessings and promises. Whatever befalls us, lets hang on to our first love. We love Jesus because he first loved us. God loves you and so do I. Have a great day!
