We can see clearly the negative effects our actions/words/thoughts and opinions have on children so for a moment lets think about the positive. The next time you are going to give up on something because its challenging, difficult, makes you sweat, think a little more, pushing you outside your comfort zone STOP and think about who is watching! Finish what you start, practice what you preach, be healthy, active and strong of mind your children and the children around you are counting on you crossing the finish line.
