We care a lot about our clients and when we get unexpected yelps about what we do for them, from their perspective, it really makes our day! Recent Yelp: Weve been lucky enough to have Eva and James as our realtors for both the purchase of our San Francisco home as well as its sale, the latter of which occurring after we had moved to Australia. First, they helped us find and secure a short sale in the heart of Noe Valley (which is unheard of) before it ever hit the open market. Then, a few years later, the team helped us to sell it for above market, all while dealing with every single detail of the sale and so much more. As I mentioned, we were living abroad (with no family in SF to help), so Eva and James did things well beyond the call of duty. In addition to fixing things that needed fixing prior to putting it on the market, they had it painted and staged and secured two bids for hundreds of thousands above asking after the first weekend of showings. To say that dealing with every detail while we were in another hemisphere was beyond expectations would be a huge understatement. Every paper that needed signing was delivered electronically. Everything we needed to provide was clearly defined and articulated. They were always responsive and always made themselves available when we needed something. I cannot say enough about what a positive set of experiences we had with Eva and James. I would recommend these two for both buying and/or selling. They are passionate about their jobs and they do an amazing job. We cannot thank them enough for their hard work and for the consistently fantastic results they provided.
