We chase church services more than we chase souls... and for some even God!!! Every week somebody is in revival but we have yet to see any manifestation of revival in our communities. Sunday morning service is filled with the same ole no commitment having people and when we are lucky someones family member who is visiting from out of town comes... No one is making any real efforts to evangelize their family, their job, their neighbors. Its so bad that the only neighbor we turn to is the one in church and you huff and puff when the preach tells you to do that.... God is not pleased, and we fool ourselves thinking so... I wonder if God treats our worship services like the neighborhood bars we all use to frequent so much... you remember when you would get there around midnight and just turn around becaue there were the same ole people and you knew they were going to do the same ole thing and you were just tired of the monotony.... I am certain this is how God feels.. when we invite the same saved folk to church every time there is an event.... We are doing nothing to draw the lesbian, the criminal, the homeless, yeah we have a bunch of single mothers but we are doing nothing to actually assist them and equip them.... where are the crusaders at who go out everyday after work or school and talk to people about their souls salvation, who actually build genuine relationships with people who dont go to church but enjoy your company and spirit and love to heat you explain how God has been good to you and how he so lovea them even though they dont look the part.... Wr have all these revivals and conferences for what???? Who is actively butting to work what they are learning during these training sessions??? Please speak up and share your labor so others can mimic... I know there are some actually working in the fields. I know it because I stay in the field I stay sharing in one on one sessions... i stay bringing someone food or rides or clothes, or just being an ear in hard times and I know others doing the same.... I say this not because I want my right hand to know what my left hand does... But because God is look for a few good people to stand up and stand out... to model what Kingdom building really is.... Everybody got a powerful word to share in the pulpit... Everybody got something to say when they flexing for other believers.... But when it comes to the lost we clam up, or speak with judgment and damnation. Were is the compassion, that right now and relevant word...that word that makes the lost at least contemplate. ... Lets get it togther church, We are raising a lot of money with conference this revival that, I need $500 more dollars to me our goal... and their is somebody sitting there that needs $200 just to pay a late light bill, or buy some groceries so they can make a actual meal for their kids... Ok I am done. .. the Lord has spoken and if I continue it will just be me in my flesh...
