We cherish the moment that Clarke Ringelstein came into our lives and I have to say that are lives are richer because of him. He has taught us so much about what is really important in life. He has also taught us how to step back and take our wants and needs out of the decision making process. Some of you know that I had an active career before Clarke was born. As a matter of fact, I had the dream job offered to me when I was on my maternity leave. But quickly after he was born Todd Ringelstein and I figured out that Clarke was very, very sick and nothing was going to go as planned. But I kept chugging away at my dream job and trying to make things work. At the 13 month mark Todd and I decided I would quit working, giving up a severance package, so I could stay home with Clarke. Clarkes health improved immediately and then came the off and on financial hardships. Off and on I worked small part-time jobs but I never worked full-time again until 2011. You may not know but I had hopes and dreams, and enjoyed leading others, collaboration and being successful. While I had experienced this a little in my part-time jobs I would never have a regular career again. So at my lowest low, while trying to work full-time, I was sick, stressed out and very very tired, my friend Colleen Murphy Cheek told me about Rodan + Fields. I loved everything I heard about the company and I saw how well the products worked first-hand. This was the first opportunity I had to actually help lead others, collaborate and have successes. I started 2 years ago. Signed my first consultant a year ago, and today I have a fast growing team growing every month. This year I exceeded my earnings at my last job.
