We conduct all business thru e-mail. We do not have a phone number you can call. This is for several reasons. We keep all business thru e-mail so that whoever is dealing with your order has a clear viewable history as to what was promised. Even with that we get guys saying we said we would make this or that, and we can read back thru e-mails at a later date and find that we in fact told them we would not take that custom order. 2. We use a secure credit card processing program that is hosted by a third party attached to our website. No one in my business including myself ever sees your credit card info. Never can we be accused of miss handling your card info. If you have an issue with this, that is ok. If you feel you need to send us e-mail stating you will not do business with SOE because of these facts that is also ok. This protects SOE from fraud and protects you as well.
