We did 600 miles today! Drove through the Bad Lands, stopped at Mt Rushmore, stopped on the side of the road and watched about 50 prairie dogs running in and out of their holes! Best Day (as Averie Griffin) would say! And to top it off we ended up near Boulder Colorado and met up with my BFF Cindy DiGiovachino from high school that I havent seen in 16 years! Have to say...I have never driven so far on a highway without seeing any signs of life (besides cattle) in my life. Once it got dark it gave me a hills have eyes kind of feeling! tomorrow Cindy is taking us on a tour of the Boulder area then we will head north to Yellowstone Park!
