We did it! Were very excited to see that our Pozible target hit the magic $4,500 mark this morning and the payments have started being released to us. Its such a thrill to see that we reached the goal much earlier than anticipated and that we can potentially raise more and do bigger and better things. We would like to sincerely thank everyone who pledged, no matter how much, but especially some people who made incredibly generous donations. Its a testament to the support the poetry and spoken word community has that we did this together and everyone chipped in to make this new website a possibility. We hope this is another stage in the realization that MSW is not any one poets website but for all of us. Well begin packing the hampers with poetic goodies, printing and laminating the special passes into MSW events and continue to collect submissions for the zine. If you can help by donating your poetic merch or want to submit to the zine, please contact me. We have some very exciting announcements and revelations coming soon and one of which will be helped greatly by surpassing a goal so if we could ask a favour of people to make sure they check their payment went through so we collect all the pledges as well as share the campaign again so we can see if we can reach more.
