We do not know the percentage to which his kidney is functioning, but we do know it is functioning at some level. Thank you God! Surgery to fix the hydronephrosis on Tuesday, and hopefully after that it will be functiong a lot better. Hopefully he will never have to deal with this again, and hopefully know more pain. ***sappy mom moment alert***** So thankful for Upstate and Dr Riddle right now. And thanks to our church family, Jayce brought his prayer bear with him and it was very comforting to him. And thank you to certain people who have given us some money here and there just to be hellful. I have a really hard time accepting money from people but it has and will be extremely helpful. Tuesday alone before his surgery we have to pay a $250 copay. And thanks to my mom for watching Mackinley while we are running all over. In other words Thank You to all of you who have been a big support system for our family. I am so grateful. Grateful for the fact Jayces issue can be helped, grateful for everyone in our lives, and grateful for service from all the medical staff we have come and will come into contact with.
