We dont want to build the fence. We have build thousands of miles of security fencing around military facility. Posted the Marine Guard. I was in Guantanamo when Castro turned the water off. Thinking he was going to just walk in and take it over. The Marine Commander posted his men at the ready. Not a single one of Castros force made it across no mans land they were shot before they made just a few feet. Of course we dont talk about that. It was one of the never happened military events. The Ships moored in the Bay would come along side the only pier, deploy a fire hose, crank up the evaporators and send fresh water to the men ashore. We were moored to slip the mooring lines, chop off the hose connection and get underway in just minutes.
