We experienced our first Tornado Warning ever today. These bodies moved quite quickly to get things into the safe rooms and gather pills and important information. It was a 30 minute warning time which allowed the funnel storm to weaken as it came closer to Lake Michigan and Manitowoc. We were lucky to miss the hail as well. Our daughter, son-in-law-, granddaughter, and grandson were on a flight home from Puerto Rico. When they hit this area, they also hit extreme turbulence. You can determine how bad it was because Alayna was fearful for her life and in tears. Ian was so frightened and shaken around that he threw up all over himself and our daughter, Evelyn. Wonder how long it will take them to get back into the air again. I remember a turbulent flight that kept me off planes for a good while. Not fun!!!
