We found this old guy in our yard today. He is very skinny and very weak and scared. He is also very sweet and loving. He has a collar but no tags. We have no idea where he came from. He also has a very deep gash almost a chunk missing on his hind leg. We have been feeding him and he is eating and drinking. He mostly just lays around. We do want to take him to the vet to have the gash on his leg cared for and we definitely do want to keep him and help rehab him. We named him Fred. We were wondering if anyone knew of anyone who could help us. We would be able to pay for some of his medical bills but we are not able to pay for everything right now and we really want to keep Fred and help him get better. We definitely know that he needs to see a vet due to his missing the chunk out of his hind leg. We would appreciate any help, advice or prayers for Fred... Thank you in advance...
