We got our answer.For a long time now the Irish government refused to hand over this paper work.We just received this information under the data protection act.We blamed the DPP on not charging our mother only to find a police officer asked the DPP not to charge her.The officer who must have a medical degree thought she was just a depressed women.It is sad that a cop can make such a medical decision on an abuser who destroyed two childrens lives.This is how child abuse is covered up in Ireland when the state failed to protect.The Irish police force is that of a banana republic.Shame on the lot of them.Please share .
