We got quite a bit accomplished today. John (the home builder from upstairs) Frank, Dave, Gary C. and Al G. were there. Sandy wasnt able to be there, he is still dealing with kidney stones/pain. Keep him in your prayers. John used his laser level to check the height of the bench work all around. We found a lot of high and low sections. The cantilevers were built in a jig so it was not the construction crews fault. The floor is far from level some of the old 2X4s were/have warped some. Anyway we raised the center leveling bolts, so we could level each one with the end bolts. We began by leveling the east and west ends, then went about checking and leveling the center cantilevers. Each cantilever is now level. We stretched a string from end to end and found the center of the table higher than the ends All we have to do now is lower the center of the table by adjusting the leveler bolts simultaneously. The level should remain, but will be checked when we finish We also shortened the three long cantilevers and have perfectly straight side on the viewing isle. The work session went from 2:00 to 5:00 and then was followed by a bull session. Dan will post whether next Saturdays 2:00 session will be a work session or meeting later in the week.
