We got the best update and new pics from Mooses dad! Sounds like and looks like he living up to his name! Moose spent yesterday at the vets. He had a heartworm test (Neg) and a complete physical (All OK). He received four shots, three annual shots for rabies and etc. and another one for a hotspot that he developed the day before near his tail. He will have to take antibiotics (Cephalexin) for the next week (2 per day). Now the BIG news! He GOT A BATH!!! He now stinks GOOD!!! He also had his nails trimmed and he no longer has a lethal dewclaw on the left front foot. He will not be able to open up my arm any longer…..at least for a while. They told me that the bath wasn’t as bad as I told them it might be. They did say to not try to bath him in the tub! He also now weighs 70 lbs.! He gained 11 lbs. since his last visit! I guess he’s taking after his human! I’m sending three new pictures. John aka. Dad
