We greeted November at 0400, setting our stuff on the sidewalk. Former renters left four kitchen chairs and stool ... a two bicycle hanging frame ... vacuum ... and lots of small stuff. Three oak planks tied on the top along with a roll of vinyl flooring and the bike rack. The others were arranged in the truck bed along with the food cooler, a cafe table and spare tire ... AND ITEM UPON ITEM OF SMALLER STUFF. By noon it was all arranged, tulips planted, garden loaded with garden stuff, water heater turned down, electricity circuits broken, doors locked and we were driving away ... after stops at two banks and the Montana Highway Department. Kentucky Fried in Whitehall proved a good idea and at sunset we were pulling in at Idaho Falls. Wonderful weather and no leaves ... and friend Steve Nelsen pushing us off ... and we are off!
