We had a busy but good posing class yesterday! I like group sessions because it gives the competitors a chance to connect and support each other while practicing posing! I do believe individual sessions are important so i can focus on that one person and teach them everything they need to know. Please contact me if you need help. I really love to support the competitors and help them be their best! I have been to many shows this year and have seen so many beautiful physiques but they were not able to show it so they didnt get the placing they deserved. Posing is hard work, it takes time and the right person to teach you. It is a very important part of prep. You put all that time into working on your physique , you need to learn to present it as well! Great job guys and gals. I love all of you and am proud of you! Keep working hard!
