We had a long day or sprucing up the old plantation!!! The birthday boy finished touching up the deck and then cleaned all the outside slabs, windows and screen on the house and the pool screens. I was just going to clean the ceiling fan above the BBQ area!!!!!!!! I cleaned it, then painted it, then noticed the window next to the bbq was dirty. I cleaned it on the inside (Rick did the outside) and the screen and the area around it and the tile counter below it and the tv shelf next to it and the counter tops all around the area and the cabinets, insdie and out, and the bbq grill hood. Then the bar chairs around the bbq/summer kitchen area and finally the floor. Then I went to spray the weeds in the rock garden around the pool and discovered a pot with a dead plant. I carefully started to carry it outside and it slipped out of my hand into the pool. So i jumped into the pool and got the pool vacuum and started to clean it up,and then discovered that the rains and the heat were causing algae on the rock border and the sides of the pool under them, so I used the hose and pool vac to clean that too and finished by rinsing the deck that had gotten dirty from the rain an hour before. Then I got cleaned up and went to the Fitness Center to do weights!!!! I made a wonderful sweet and sour chicken dinner from some leftovers and am finishing off the day on my,VERY CLEAN, pool porch listening to the night sounds with the hum of the (CLEAN) ceiling fan over me. Ahhhhhhh!
