We had a pretty wild day yesterday! The m/y Big Buddy, a 54 Bertram, ran itself hard aground on Disappearing Island punching its starboard strut through the bottom of her hull. Our team of skilled Captains worked all day to safely lift her with air bags, patch the hull breach, dewater her and tow her to Lighthouse Boatyard for an emergency haul-out.
