We had a question from a prospective guest about handicap access. The short answer is yes but thats not the whole story as the handicap aspects were added-on rather than built-in.. The late husband of the woman we bought the condo from used a wheelchair. Thus the elevator (far left in the first picture) from the ground level to the Catnap was, and is, very important for handicap access. The front door (far left in the floor plan) and doorways to the second bathroom are wider than usual, which is also important. Sadly, we dont know the door dimensions at this point but well be measuring them the next time we get to visit the place ourselves! Finally, theres the second bathroom itself ... third picture. Again, its a bit more spacious than usual and is equipped with several grab-bars (next to the sink, in front of the toilet, and in the shower).
