We had a wonderful time hiking yesterday... But I did learn a few things... 1) Never start out hiking on a new trail at 5:30 pm at night. 2) Never start out hiking on a new trail at 5:30 pm at night with impending thunderstorms and downpours. 3) The woods can get pretty dark with storm clouds above 2 miles into the thick woods with 3 little girls, in dresses, and a goat. 4) Mommy gets very nervous when it starts to rain, 2 miles into the deep dark woods with her 3 little girls, in dresses, and daddy is still marching forward. 5) Per daddys request, dont make small talk with random intoxicated hikers, 2 miles into the deep dark woods, with 3 little girls in dresses, and a goat, when it is starting to rain and that man refers to your pack goat as dinner. 6) Mommy hikes faster than Daddy when we are LEAVING the deep dark scary woods with showers and impending downpours. 7) Daddy knows exactly what he is doing, we had a great time, and Mommy needs to relax a little more. Thanks for the adventure babe. We had an amazing time. I love our New Active Healthy Lifestyle!
