We had an amazing Neighborhood Team Convention today at the Sun City Ballroom in Georgetown! While the final count isnt out yet, we had about 130 fired up volunteers from all over the county who are ready to get involved and turn Texas blue! We even had guests from Caldwell County and Sugar Land in Fort Bend County. We are thrilled with all our new volunteers and potential leaders, and are so glad our friends from other counties came by. We owe a huge debt of gratitude to the Sun City Democrats and their IMPACT political action committee. These groups convened telephonic board meetings to reserve us the space in their fabulous ballroom and even paid the space rental. We now have well over 400 volunteers in Williamson County. We will have a photo album from today posted later this evening.
