We had dinner with all fixins from the farm and garden. Marinated red onions and carrots with a strawberry vinaigrette, roasted beets, Colorado goat cheese and grilled flank steak on a bed of butter lettuce and greens. Every bit of this dinner was raised within 30 miles of here, including the beef! The only thing we had to use was olive oil from Round Pond in Rutherford, Cali.... Thanks Laughing Wolf Farm! (and our own gardeners here at Breezy Pines)... Yummy!
