We have 2 busy salons in Allen and McKinney that need to add an experienced dog/cat groomer to the staff. You will be assigned dogs of all breeds/sizes along with your established clientele. Styling demands can be as simple as bath/trim/or shave to a classic breed cut including scissoring. We require a professional well rounded individual for this opportunity. In addition to performing grooming tasks, You will: Meet and greet clients personally Be able to interact and understand clients desires completely and translate into services Perform services to complete customer satisfaction Work as part of a professional team Be responsible and on time for an entire assigned shift All of our groomers: Greet and check in clients Insure all services are clearly communicated and appropriate forms signed Flea and tick check before entering the grooming area Look up past history if a returning client Bath, style, nail trim, glands, ear cleaning and any other services requested by client Work with salon manager to insure customer satisfaction Maintain a consistent professional, neat and clean work area Work on a salon schedule Attend meetings that apply to your area We appreciate our employees and their talent.
