Job Description: Develop & assist site management in implementing company HSE management system and project specific HSE plan. Co-ordinate with project Manager / RM & Committee members in Group Risk Assessment & legal register preparation & its periodic review / updation and ensure the participation of workers representative. Carry out HSE inspection of work area, men, machine & materials, P&M and other tools and tackles. Advice & co-ordinate for implementation of work permit systems. Creating HSE Awareness through Pep talk, STA etc., Facilitate screening of workmen and conduct HSE induction. Monitor administration of first aid. Register Customer Complaints and take corrective actions. Organize campaigns, competitions and other special emphasis programmes to promote HSE in the workplace.
