We have a small grocery store in Ft. Scott that marks down their aged meats. I call them aged, others call them out of date. I picked up two absolutely beautiful 3/4 thick ribeyes this afternoon for a little over $11. They got marinated in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic & a dash of Wooster. Seared on both sides, they were melt-in-your-mouth tender and so incredibly good. Opened a jar of green beans I canned last fall and added new (Yukon Gold) potatoes out of our garden. Perfect Thursday evening meal. Too busy eating to take pics!
