We have a verbal agreement on our house!!! Im so happy & relieved I could scream! But At the same time Im so sad:( LOVE this neighborhood & our awesome neighbors:) Love this house & had so many plans for it- improvements- a vision Ill never get to fulfill:( but this is one less HUGE thing for us to deal with:) And NO MORE SHOWINGS! The boys are as happy about that as I am...maybe a lil more;) Thank you a thousand times, for being such a good friend & awesome realtor- & selling our house IN ONLY 2 WEEKS Mr. Stephen Daniel:)
