We have all had a time where we have been in this position. Any suggestions for this LEO wife? I recently lost my job due to the small family owned restaurant I worked for closed. I worked for 10 years there, not because of the pay, but because of the hours and willingness of them to let me leave and take days off if I needed to. I now am pulling both kids(ages 9 and 3) out of daycare due to not being able to afford it. We live in the country about 15 miles from a small town of about 6000, that my LEO works for. They have 10 people on the force. All are younger, so no wives or long term girlfriends for me to talk to. I have been throwing my resume out everywhere. My question is, is there really anything to do from home that will actually help with bills? I dont want to sell things like 31 or Tupperware, as I dont really know many people around, and the ones I do know cant afford to purchase extras like that.
