Analytical and Presentation Skills-Ability to analyse the financials Data and Finanacial Performance and present to the Management effectively with accuracy and on time Principle responsibilities- Overall Incharge of F&A. Co-ordination with NGK, Japan Co-ordination with Auditors & tax consultants Co-ordination with Income Tax, Excise, Customs & Sales Tax department Matters related to Transfer Pricing, Excise and service tax Preparation and finalization of monthly financials Preparation and finalization of annual financials and tax audit Cash flow management Budget preparation and departmental budgeting(Budget Vs Actual) Product costing Preparation of departmental costing Preparation of forex fluctuation effect Finalization of sale and inventory valuation Preparation of quarterly group accounting pack to NGK Japan Handling Japanese Income tax matters and co-ordinate with KPMG TTR list Royalty Calculation Ledger Scrutiny Fund Management Cash flow Fixed Assets Register, Inventory Evaluation Handling Internal Audit, Statutory Audit.
