Position: US IT Recruiter Location: Mumbai (Andheri, MIDC) and Pune (Viman Nagar) Shift Timing: 9 PM – 6 AM Experience: 2-5 years Salary: Upto 5Lacs Responsibilities: • Good working experience working in Information Technology space, has worked on multiple skill sets. • Understanding the client requirement & explain it to the consultant to find the better fit candidate for our client needs • Handling recruitment for middle and senior levels in United States • Knowledge of visa types like H1B, W2, 1099, US CITIZEN & GREEN CARD HOLDER. • Sourcing and screening profiles based on client specifications through in-house database, job portals (Dice, Careers Builder, Monster) etc. • Scheduling interviews & co-ordination • Salary / Rate negotiation with the candidates • Prepare consolidated report for the requirement received and status of resumes in the week for the weekly meeting. • Night Shift (PST) Interested candidates send in your updated resumes to [email protected]
