We have around 2500 Facebook friends on our Facebook page and unfortunately I blocked 4 or 5 today and probably 2 or 3 blocked us. I post conservative type messages that try to encourage people to think about freedom and liberty...with a balance of understanding and a degree of tolerance for each other. I fully understand that we may not always agree and there should be times we must simply agree to disagree. However, my tolerance of some waned today, and while I encourage dialogue, I have asked for respect in that dialogue. I have repeatedly asked people to refrain from vulgarity, cursing, personal name calling and to refrain from disrespecting anyone. On this page, I have had some liberal types who have tried to use their distasteful tactics to spew their pro Obama and Allison Grimes agenda..it wont work here. If you are pro government and think you can defend that all of our answers come from government..I find that disrespectful to our views..if you disrespect religious people here who believe in God with bad language, it wont work here. I said the dialogue should be clean and now Im asking that if you have a stance, that perhaps if you are in disagreeance..that you state why and just dont attack. I made a stance to support Mitch McConnell over Allison Grimes and I have stated my reasons why. If you happen to disagree, then state why u think Allison Grimes would be better..out of all the people that do disagree, I have not heard one of them say anything good about her. NOTHING!! People need to be more responsible for their lives instead of looking to government to solve every issue for them. I, myself want as little to do with government as possible. I dont want them in my front yard, overlooking my shoulder, or inmy bedroom.This is not negotiable or debate able. Some have referred to me as radical..but the history books I studied from, people also referred Thomas Jefferson, George Washington and Benjamin Franklin as radical, and I look at that as good company to be in. Is it too much to ask people to not come here to bash me for my freedom of speech? You are more than free to spew your freedom of speech on your page and not here...Now Im going to pray for everyone and pray that I have the strength to deal with this tomorrow.
