We have been getting a lot of questions about why our workouts are only 30-40 minutes long while most other gyms in the area do at least an hour. Longer does not mean better and this is why. We do High Intensity Interval Training which are short, intense workouts that provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning. In a nutshell, they are shorter workouts but you get better results. Read for yourself:
