We have been in Fort McMurray for two full weeks. We have decided that the three of us would take turns cooking supper. Last night was my turn, I cooked home made bake beans, back pork bacon, and home made corn bread. Tonight, Mindy is trying a new recipe with pork loins. With it, she has made a salad, and steamed cauliflower. Smells delicious in here right now. We are skipping desert, because we are trying to eat healthier. Gary is going to have his turn, as soon as he can get a day off. He has proven to be a darn good cook, being on his own for a year.
