We have been invited to a store versus store tournament is on June 16 at Galaxy Games for Warmachine/Hordes. Their address is 207 N woodland Blvd in Deland. The tournament entry fee is $8. Five goes to the prize pool and 3 goes towards lunch (half of a one topping pizza and a soda). To keep things simple the entry fee is still $8 even if are not eating in order to keep things simple. Registration starts at 11 am and the games start at 12:30 pm. Please see the Decks and Duels staff if you would like to attend. We will be using random scenarios from Steamroller 2013 with 35pt armies. The only modification from normal Steamroller is that we will be playing 9 minute turns and the tournament will be “divide and conquer” format (You must have two list and play both of them at least once during the tournament). Make sure to review the scenarios and review the tie breakers for ranking. If possible, during the first round players will be matched up versus a player from another store instead of a completely random opponent. After the first round pairings will be done by normal steamroller rules. The top 8 players will score points for their store to win the tournament.
