We have been made aware of a white male subject driving a grey Chevrolet through several subdivisions in the township. There have also been reports of this same vehicle being seen in other neighboring jurisdictions driving through neighborhoods and near schools. Law enforcement has identified the subject and conducted an investigation into any potential crimes. Currently we are not aware of any crimes that were committed by this subject. This is a good time to talk with your children about suspicious persons, vehicles, and activity that they may see and what to do if they do encounter something suspicious. Reinforcing to them to be aware of their surroundings, to walk with others in groups, and to report any suspicious activity to the police department, schools, and/or their parents.
