We have engaged ourselves in this war not because of ourselves but for the sake of PDP and most importantly for the sake of the masses. We have been loyal to the party and we have suffered without betraying the party for the past years and now is indeed a pay back time. I believed PDP could fight for itself but for the fear of the unknown, it has chosen to lay asleep for a while but we shall fight and never cease to strike for its sake. What happened yesterday across the hundreds of wards in the state has made me proved the PDP NWC wrong, for we shall make sure theres a level playing field for everyone and most importantly, the elections shall be free and fair. Then why the hijacked of materials yesterday? In the state today, imposition has caused us so much that we cannot tell and as such history cannot and shall not repeat itself. Our local government chairmen today only makes themselves available in the council when there is monthly allocation, today, we have chairmen who stays at Dubai, America, Ghana and others taking care of the affairs of the council. Is this what the future has for the common people? NO we shall not adhere to the idea of imposition again because it has caused us a lot of damages. I challenge the PDP to rise up and think of the interest of the party and above all, the interest of the common people. I challenge you to fight for equity and justice and most importantly, i challenge the PDP from the National level to the Ward level to rise up and fight imposition in the country.
