We have had a series of good meetings this last week and the excitement is building - great when people come together and speak of things I dream of, but dare not speak of - such as the trust owning all of stage 3 (not just 1/3 of it), and not connecting to the grid and lots more. The trust purchasing the whole building is not really likely as it is close to $20Million worth of real estate - but it is fun to be with people willing to share some of the incredible possibilities - ways we could address the quadruple bottom line of Social, Environment, Economic and Cultural. When people come together like this it is People Power at its best. We have some great ideas that will actually be coming to pass - come and find out about them - you may know someone who is looking to downsize their home and who could benefit from this new model of house. We are launching Sun Villages Queanbeyan big time this week - 30+ years coming to fruition.
