We have had so many new friends in the last few days Id like to reintroduce myself. Im Mama Katt AKA Terry Hyde. Im at present 59 years old, married to Hubby for 36 years, the mother of two girls and have one grandson. I grew up in a multi-generational home, 4 generations living under the same roof. The Scot Great Grandmother, the Irish Grandfather, the Scot-Irish Grandmother, the Scot-Irish teeny bopper Mom and then there was me. The only child the recipient of all the love, wisdom, fun, foolishness and good cooking. All my childhood the hub of what was happening was in the kitchen. Surrounded by great cooks they would plop my little bottom on the counter top and tell me to watch or stir a bowl and learn. I did and they instilled in me a great love for cooking AND their secret recipes. Welcome everyone to Mama Katts Kitchen where you are always wished love ((hugs)) and good cooking.
