We have just completed our first week in our new studio and Im just sitting here reflecting on the week that was. What a powerful space we are creating!! I have seen some beautiful new faces come into our space and witnessed the light switch on within them as they get to know yoga. I have seen familiar faces move through our space and felt the effects of powerful emotional shifts. There have already been many tears shed and lots of fits of laughter. There has been some deep sharing and new connections formed.I feel very lucky and humbled to be able to watch this all unfold and be a part of it all. Im really grateful to have my sister Briar come along with me to share this journey too. I feel completely supported by my family and friends, without whom none of this of this would have been possible. So thank you, thank you to all have moved through this space and those who are still coming. I hope we will continue to grow, learn, share, support and love together. Namaste, Nerine
