We have moved our first step by intervening in E3 case filed by TEAM association to stop promotion chances of young executives after non cooperation from both MTNL management and TEAM association on our request to vacate stay from E3 case and pave the way of promotion for direct recruits and to notify next LICE for all direct recruits as all are now eligible for that. MEA has supported us on this exam. we hope for early result of E3 exam which can clear the path for next E3 LICE so that newly recruited 2008-2009 batch can get their promotion in due time... We got very good support from 2003 and 2005 batch of Mumbai out of 80, almost all exe came forward willingly for that and in Delhi executive are also uniting on our issues but more effort needed in Delhi as all leadership we require most in Delhi compare to Mumbai. I request all 2008-09 batch also to unite both in Mumbai and Delhi for our future fight for our issues related to promotion, 30% superannuation benefit, training increment etc.. Unity is strength which we are all lacking somewhere. we have to bring this unity as all request channel are not giving positive results on our issues..
