We have no responsibility for judging outsiders. We are to witness - TopicsExpress

We have no responsibility for judging outsiders. We are to witness to outsiders, but not judge them. We cannot punish them, and no simple steps will alter the sin of the unrepentant. Those who are outside, Elohim judges. But we do have a responsibility to judge those who are within the assembly. We must remove the wicked man from among ourselves. For what have I to do with judging outsiders? Do you not judge those who are inside? But Elohim judges those who are outside. And put away the wicked one from among you! (1Co 5:12-13) Let no one therefore judge you in eating or in drinking, or in respect of a festival or a new moon or Sabbaths - which are a shadow of what is to come, but the Body of the Messiah. (Col 2:16-17) The caveat is that we must first remove the sin in our own lives. But we must be humble enough to see the sin. Then we can share in a humble manner to remove the sin in the camp. Never do we not judge because then no sin would get removed. Brothers, if a man is overtaken in some trespass, you the spiritual ones, set such a one straight in a spirit of meekness, looking at yourself lest you be tried too. Bear one anothers burdens, and so complete the Torah of Messiah. For if anyone thinks himself to be somebody, when he is not, he deceives himself. But let each one examine his own work, and then he shall have boasting in himself alone, and not in another. For each one shall bear his own burden. And let him who is instructed in the Word share in all that is good, with him who is instructing. (Gal 6:1-6)
