We have noticed lately that some of our customers seem genuinely frustrated that our locations have menu variations, & slightly different weekly specials. Our sincere apologies if we have you a little confused. That said, WE ARE NOT A FRANCHISE. We are a small Mom & Pop, family owned business (that happens to have 5 locations in WNY) Many, many, people still do not realize this. The differences in menu, and the differences in atmosphere at each place is unique to its location. The last thing we want is a cookie cutter franchise feel. There are ENOUGH of those out there! Hopefully, in time, all of you will find your favorite Nick Charlaps location. And maybe, at some point will even be adventurous & visit each of our other locations as well.
