We have officially taken the ice bucket challenge to help find a cure for ALS. Those of you who dont know, yesterday we buried my cousin Wayde York who passed of ALS. 23 years ago my other Franny Stewart succumbed to this horrible disease. Our family has Familial ALS. I am at risk of getting this disease, my sisters and my cousins are at risk. Our children and grandchildren are at risk. Two members or our family passed of this disease prior to my mother.
