We have received several notices from residents in regards to recent calls from subjects stating they are from the IRS. The callers have gone so far as to tell the resident that they have arrest warrants for them. We remind all of our residents that they are never to give personal information and/or payments to people who call stating to be a part of any legitimate Corporation or government entity. A valid Corporation and/or government entity would not take these measures. If the company or government entity is legitimately trying to contact you, they most likely have your home address and can mail you information.
