We have talked of soccer mismanagement in Kenya and several suggestions have been fronted on how we can bring this to an end. Well we can actually petition FIfa. Please read the article below. Kindly read number three. Fair Play - Joining Together to Protect Our Organisation Against Risks Dear Sir or Madam, FIFA has implemented a regulatory framework which is intended to ensure that all statutory rules, rules of conduct and internal guidelines of our organisation are respected and complied with. In this context, and in particular as a measure to aid in prevention, FIFA has issued, among others, the FIFA Code of Conduct and the FIFA Code of Ethics. These documents contain standards for legal and ethical behaviour which are expected to be considered and complied with by the pertinent stakeholders at all times and without exception. Pursuant to the aforementioned regulatory framework, FIFA has set up this reporting mechanism by means of which inappropriate behaviour and infringements of the pertinent regulations may be reported. This portal offers an opportunity for employees, persons bound by the FIFA Code of Ethics, and others to notify FIFA of potential violations. Please note, however, that this reporting system is intended solely for potential violations that fall under the jurisdiction of FIFA, as opposed to the jurisdiction of a local entity, such as a confederation or association. FIFA’s jurisdiction encompasses misconduct that (1) relates to match manipulation; (2) occurs in or affects more than one confederation, so that it cannot adequately be addressed by a single confederation; or (3) would ordinarily be addressed by a confederation or association, but, under the particular facts at issue, has not been or is unlikely to be dealt with appropriately at that level. This specially secured communication platform is administered by an external provider that specializes in secure and confidential handling of sensitive information. By these means, you can contact us 24 hours a day, seven days a week to help protect our organisation. Whether you submit your report anonymously or are asked to include your name, your information will be handled promptly and treated with the strictest confidentiality available under the applicable laws and regulations. FIFA is convinced that every individual can contribute to promoting transparency and integrity through vigilance and a sense of responsibility. Please help us protect our organisation against harmful behavior. Why should I submit a report? A positive and open corporate culture requires that legal, societal and corporate standards are upheld. Perhaps you are aware of harmful acts or risks that are endangering FIFA. Your report can help expose damage to the finances and image at an early stage. Doing so helps ensure the sustainable success of FIFA. What types of reports help your organization? All reports regarding breaches of the FIFA Code of Ethics committed by persons bound by the code and/or infringements of FIFA’s regulatory framework in relation to match manipulation falling into FIFA’s competence will be gathered and processed. More detailed information regarding possible key factors of the report will be provided to you during the reporting process. How will my report be processed? What is a postbox and how do I open one? To submit an anonymous or personalized report start by clicking the “Submit Report“ button located on the top left side of our information page. The reporting process consists of four steps: First, read the informational section about protecting your identity. This section also includes a security questionnaire. Second, you will be asked to describe the key facts of your report on the following page. On the Report Page you will be asked to use your own words to describe the incident you are reporting – using no more than 4,096 letters, or a fully completed DIN A4 sheet of paper – and to answer specific questions. You may also submit smaller files of up to 2 MB to support your report. Please remember that documents can contain information about their author. After you have submitted your report you will be given a reference number as proof that you submitted this specific report. Finally, you will be asked to set up your own secured postbox. This postbox will be used to communicate with you, answer your questions and keep you posted on the status of your report. Once you have established secured postbox you will be able to access it via the Login button. Prior to opening your postbox you will have to complete a security procedure to ensure that only the authorized person – you – has access. The electronic BKMS® System’s technology will, as far as possible in view of the applicable FIFA regulations maintain your anonymity as long as you do not submit any information that contains your personal identity. How can I receive a reply, yet at the same time remain anonymous? The uppermost principle of the BKMS® System that is used is to protect the reporting persons identity. The systems anonymity protection function is certified and may verify it at any time. You select your own personal pseudonym and password that you use to establish your postbox. Encryption and other special security methods ensure that your report remains anonymous at all times. The person in charge of your report will contact you via your postbox to provide information about the status of your report or to ask further questions if certain details need to be clarified.
