We have to distinguish between principles and strategies. Whereas principles are universal, strategies may vary depending upon our current state of presence or reality. Principles of Human Justice, Dignity, Freedom, Equality, etc should always be uphold, no matter where you reside or for whom you uphold it. There should not be any compromising features in our social structures that undermine these principles. These are basic Islamic principles that are to be established, and our Lord has sent Messengers (PBUT) throughout the human history to convey and implement this objective. However, Strategies of such implementations may vary. There has been variations in the approaches every civilizations/generations have taken to establish these basic principles. There can not be a definite right or wrong methodology of implementation, as contexts are as significant as the content itself. There must be political/ideological discourses to achieve and implement these basic principles and to do so, there must be a wider perception of reality, a complex understanding of relative narratives, and most definitely not a simplistic judgmental mind.
