We hired a felucca yesterday to sail on the Nile, and we did not want to leave the boat again. So relaxed. Perfect timing to get our strengths together for todays 7-hour-bureaucracy-marathon, which ended happily with us having our bikes off the ferry, and equipped with Egyptian license plates. Afterwards we explored some unknown parts of Asswan with our lovely host Michelle, including a bus ride with the best of all grandfathers who let his grandson steer the bus - and now candlelight dinner cause the lights are off. Feels like our Jozi home, sometimes :-)
