This costs R25 for all orders under R250, and is free for all orders over R250. Orders that have been posted will make its way to the post office closest to the address that you provide at checkout when you place your order. Postage usually takes about five to seven working days to arrive at your local post office once your order has been processed (it usually arrives sooner though). Once your order arrives at your local post office, a notification will be sent to the address you provided notifying you that your order is ready for collection. You will then be required to collect your order at the stipulated post office. We provide tracking numbers with all orders, so if for some reason you do not receive a notification in the post within ten working days, you are more than welcome to go to the post office with your tracking number and proof of identification (ID/drivers licence) and inquire about your package. We hope that this clears up any confusion!
