We just got home from NC with Jethro. What a good boy. He stayed in the hotel room with us last night and other than chewing up Hubbys belt, he did really well. We had lunch with my friends Bootsie and Mr. Bootsie and Bj at Bootsies home and what a wonderful lunch it was. Fresh veggies cooked in several ways, a little deli ham, some beautiful whole wheat sour dough bread, fresh baked this morning and the most delicious strawberry pie I think Ive ever had. What and amazing afternoon....and even Jethro sat in the dining room and was a good boy. we secured him to a table leg, so he wouldnt beg, but once he figured out he was tethered, he laid on his blanket and went to sleep. Everybody loved him and he loved everybody. He travels very well in the car and doesnt seem to mind the cats here at the house, but hes sleeping in the crate for the next couple of nights, so he can get used to the critters here. Kelly, I hope you guys had a good trip to NY yesterday and I want to thank you for your hospitality, I just wish we would have had more time to chat. But well find time later. Well, thats it for now. Its been a long couple of days and Im going to go to bed in a few minutes after I check my FB page. Hope yall have a great evening.
