We just received the following update from Public Works: The Contractor and Utility crews are on site and have begun to isolate areas to close in on the electrical fault. They suspect an electrical pole near Willoughby Oak where the electrical feeder goes from an overhead line to underground is the source. If this proves to be the location of the fault, they will be able to isolate and back feed housing and the affected buildings within 2-3 hours. Otherwise, they will continue working along the affected circuit to locate the underground fault. Remaining bldgs still affected by the outage: - All of Willoughby Housing - Willoughby CDC - Norfolk Visitor Center - SP 312 (Houses NMCI Node for this portion of base) - SP-91 (Safety Center) - SP-367 (Info Dominance Cmd) - Gate 10 - SP-310, SP-383, SP-381, SP-11, SP-313, SP-362, SP-85, SP-82, SP-59, SP-372, SP-69, SP-97, SP-314
